Introduction

Spray coating is a surface treatment technique that uniformly applies liquid or powder coating in the form of mist onto the surface of an object, forming a protective or decorative coating,

The main functions of spraying include:

Protective function: Provides protection against corrosion, wear, UV rays, etc., extending the service life of the product; Decorative function: Improve the appearance of the product, provide rich colors and luster, increase the beauty and market competitiveness of the product; Functional enhancement: such as providing special functions such as anti slip, thermal insulation, conductivity, antibacterial, etc.

Spray booth process

Spray the main functions include the following aspects

temperature and humidity 

The temperature in the spraying room is generally maintained between 20-25 degrees Celsius, with an allowable deviation of plus or minus two degrees;

The relative temperature is generally maintained between 50% -70%, with an allowable deviation of plus or minus 5%.

Air cleanliness

The dust particles in the spraying room should be controlled within a certain range, and the specific standards should comply with the provisions of GB/T6682-2008 "Specification and Test Methods for Water Used in Analytical Laboratories". The air in the spraying room should be regularly tested to maintain its cleanliness and meet the requirements.

Lighting and Brightness

The spraying room should have sufficient lighting, and the illuminance should be maintained between 3000-5000 lux.

Positive and negative pressure and air flow velocity

The air pressure inside the spraying room generally requires a slight negative pressure, and the air flow rate should be maintained between 0.3-0.5 meters. The air flow rate should be stable to ensure the normal progress of the spraying operation. Micro negative pressure can ensure that toxic and harmful gases generated during spraying enter the air treatment system, ensuring a safe environment inside the spraying room and preventing toxic and harmful gases from polluting the air.

MR30 is mainly used for fully closed-loop control of temperature and humidity sensors, temperature control systems, and humidification systems. It is used to connect micro differential pressure sensors and air supply systems in the spraying room, for air pretreatment, to ensure that the air entering the spraying room meets cleanliness and temperature requirements, and to control the illumination to ensure the normal working lighting requirements of the spraying room.
