Adhesive bonding of inner and outer panels: Apply adhesive to the inner edges of the car's outer panel, then apply adhesive to the middle of the car door. After the adhesive is applied, the robotic arm connects the inner and outer panels together, and finally compresses them tightly. Once the compression is complete, the sheet metal parts of the car door are produced.
This project is mainly used in the production process of car doors. The controller is Siemens 1511CPU, which communicates with MR30 through Profinet bus, and the signal is connected through IO module.
Quantity input signals are used for button, workpiece positioning detection, press positioning detection, fixture workpiece positioning detection, compression positioning detection, light curtain signal detection, etc; Digital output is used to control the action of cylinder solenoid valves, transmission control, starting and protection of welding robots, etc;
