Project Proposal

Build a group IoT platform to achieve centralized collection of production data from customers' three factories in Xiamen and Chongqing, and integrate with users' MES systems to achieve a closed-loop production management business; At the same time, reserve the access capability for new equipment and factories to ensure that the system can be used by customers for a long time. Through data statistical analysis, provide real and effective support for customers to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Equipment data collection

Through the gateway's multi interface and multi protocol support capabilities, centralized collection and network interconnection of all production equipment in the front, middle, and back stages such as coating, rolling, winding, Mylar packaging, liquid injection, helium detection, and packaging can be achieved.

Data statistical analysis

By collecting production equipment data, analyze the reasons for equipment OEE, alarms, and shutdowns, and improve equipment management level; Improve quality inspection efficiency by collecting and manually inputting testing equipment data; By analyzing the quality data of cathode coating, identify quality issues and achieve process optimization.
