Company Overview

The park covers an area of approximately 439.2 acres and is equipped with standard electroplating workshops, comprehensive buildings and canteens, comprehensive station buildings, material recycling stations, raw/auxiliary material warehouses, chemical warehouses, hazardous waste warehouses, sewage treatment centers and other facilities. The park plans to construct more than 150 surface treatment production lines, involving about 20 types of electroplating, with an annual electroplating area of up to 7.65 million square meters.

Based on the national policy of "leaving the city and entering the park" and the more prominent forms of safety and environmental protection, various chemical enterprises need to complete their entry into the park as soon as possible, and the unified management requirements for the park are also constantly improving. For parks that do not comply with safety production and environmental protection, vigorous rectification should be carried out.

Metal surface treatment technology can be divided into three categories according to processing methods: mechanical methods, physical methods, and chemical methods. There are various types, including painting, electroplating, hot-dip coating, chemical plating, anodizing, etc. The focus areas of enterprises are different, and the standards are also different.

Strict environmental requirements

During the metal surface treatment process, a large amount of exhaust gas, wastewater, and solid waste are generated, which have a significant impact on the environment. Modular computer room in the park

The construction of the computer room adopts modular design, following advanced, practical, efficient, safe, reliable, energy-saving and environmentally friendly design concepts, providing high-quality power supply, temperature and humidity environment protection for various IT equipment and network equipment. The load types are mainly IT servers, switches and disk arrays, undertaking the core network business of the industrial park. We call it the 'One Cloud' platform.

Overall network architecture of the park

To ensure network security, stability, and high-speed operation, the industrial park is divided into four networks based on business scenarios and national requirements for industrial networks: video surveillance network, industrial control network, wired network, and wireless network. The wireless network is divided into industrial wireless and office wireless networks. The network equipment is uniformly powered by the computer room to ensure smooth network 24/7. We call it 'four networks in one'.
