We have installed the MR30 distributed remote IO system developed and produced by Beijing Mingda Intelligent Control Technology Company at the petrochemical production and transportation site control station. The main task is to collect various signals such as temperature inside the storage tank, temperature at the outlet of the loading platform pipeline, combustible gas alarm, grounding alarm, flow meter, liquid level meter, etc., and monitor and manage various process equipment and intelligent instruments on site. At the same time, it communicates directly with the monitoring station through Modbus TCP protocol to remotely monitor the working status of the instruments inside the tank. When the instruments fail, the system will automatically alarm, display the oil delivery process and the status of related equipment (analog information such as liquid level, temperature, flow rate, etc.) in real time, upload them to the control center, and accept instructions and data from the control center to complete functions such as printing alarm information and reports. Ensure the system operates safely, reliably, smoothly, efficiently, and economically.
